Shop Staff-excellent, Survey and Fitter- Brilliant. I am very happy.

Clean, Tidy, Competent measuring and fitting. Very Courteous staff. Very Good.

Fitting was quick. Very tidy and professional. Love my new blinds.

Good, Efficient Service from an Independent company. Exceptional service from Kenny, and the fitter, and the Lady in the Showroom. Highly Recommended

I have used the company over a number of years. They have a good range of quality products. They are professional and offer a very goog fitting service.
I am delighted with the curtains. Thank you. Highly recommended

Excellent service from ordering to installation. Good quality products.

James went to a lot of trouble to ensure installation went well without a hitch. He took time to hang and dress the curtains, after putting up the poles to ensure curtains and poles looked their best. He cleaned up any mess and took cardboard away to be recycled.

Have had 6 previous blinds/roller blinds installed, and more than happy with products/price and fitted.

All work and products of great quality. Nothing more to add. Thanks and will recommend to others.

Very helpful. Good quality. Overall service, Pleased from Showroom to Fitting.

From our first contact with surveyor ( Kenny) to the installation a week later was seamless. Very experience staff, the staff were punctual, professional, answering any question we had and explaining everything they were doing. It was all Stress-Free. Happy with our Awning. Excellent Quality

I wanted to send some feedback of my experience with your company.
When I started looking for a new blind for my holiday let I spent a good number of hours phoning around local companies only to be met with obstacles such as booking an appointment or stock availability.
So when I called your number and got a great "can help" attitude from Marsha on the first call and "bring the old blind in and we will measure" it was a complete delight to hear. I came over straight away picked a colour at which point because of the drop I needed a different fabric was suggested - again great customer service.
The product was ready within the time stated, I came and picked it up (it looked too small - but of course it was not)
Fitting Day: I fitted the blind in place at my Holiday let, but I could not get the controllers to operate properly, so I called. One of your staff in the office tried to help but we ran out of ideas, he did offer to come around and help until I told him I was 90 miles away.
I was promised a call from an engineer later in the day - he called within a few minutes - this was such a great call. The engineer talked me through the process of setting the blinds (more than once as I mucked up the first time) and was very patient and knowledgeable, waiting on the phone until I had completed the set up and the cloning of the controllers it made such a difference I can't tell you how happy I am with the service 10/10.
Please pass this email on to all concerned It is such a delight to come across a company with a "can do" / "will do" attitude towards customer service -Well Done and thank you for helping me out. Regards, Jonathan Wakeham

What are Awnings?

  1. Patio Awnings are made from a durable fabric that are designed to shade you and your patio furniture on even the brightest days available in motorised or manual.
  2. Motorised version - Useful for any occasion over the summer months, our patio Awnings can be extended and retracted with just a twist of a simple remote control with motorised version
  3. Manual version -easy to use crank mechanism allowing you to customise shading to your outdoor space throughout the day.

How to clean Awnings?

  1. Make sure your awning is fully retracted into their protective cassettes after every use.
  2. To clean an Awning, first ensure that the fabric is fully extended. Use a mix of warm water and detergent-free soap as well as a microfibre cloth to gently wipe the Awning clean; Then allow time for the fabric to dry completely. We recommend cleaning your Awning at least twice a year; Once before using it in the summer and again before you’ve rolled it up for winter, we also recommend wiping the metal components and fittings twice a year with a soft cloth dampened with warm soapy water.
  3. Tackle stubborn stains by using a specialist fabric stain remover or mild detergent and make sure you follow the manufacturer’s instructions closely. Test a modest area of your awning fabric first if you’re in any doubt.
  4. Please don't use a pressure washer or bleach It will quickly damage the structure of the fabric.

Can Awning Be Used in Winter?

  1. Our awnings are water resistant and can handle light rain just fine; But they are not designed to withstand some of the more extreme conditions in winter such as heavy rain, wind and snow.
  2. We recommend minimal use of the Awning throughout winter
  3. we also recommend removing the decorative fabric valance and storing it somewhere dry until the warmer weather returns.

Are Awnings Wind and rainproof?

  1. Although water resistant and durable, our retractable Awnings are not designed for heavy rain as this can pool on the fabric and substantially increase the Awning’s weight.
  2. We strongly recommend leaving the Awning fully retracted on windy days or during heavy rainfall.
